JAS Advisors is promoted by Jigar Suchde, who brings vast experience across the real estate sector. He holds a master's in accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney, and built his early career with a leading international property consultant, working across pre-leased properties, commercial sales, leasing, and capital markets. That background included involvement in setting up India's first pre-leased fund for a large corporate house. The experience provided direct exposure to how institutional capital evaluates commercial real estate. Since 2008, he has personally handled about 10,00,000 sq ft of real estate transactions.
